Medico Legal Experience

Since 2004, I have been engaged in the preparation of psychological reports for the court in both criminal and child protection cases, having prepared more than 30 such reports. The majority of my experience relates to criminal cases and I have prepared reports both prior to trial and sentencing. Typically, I am asked asked to prepare such reports where the client has a history of mental illness, personality disorder or other emotional or psychological disturbance. My reports tend to comment on the relationship between these factors and the client's offending behaviour and suggest options for minimising future risk of re-offending.
