I have been involved in medico-legal reporting for the last 10 years. I am regularly assigned work from different agencies on a regular basis having completed over 300 reports over the last 12 months.
I base my reporting and prognosis on evidence collated from relevant experts including the articles by Garner and Bannister, Norris and Watt,( Long term prognosis of soft tissue injuries of the neck BR1990;72;901-3, the prognosis of neck injuries resulting from rear-end vehicle collisions BR1983:65-B:608-11).
