I have been providing expert reports since 1991 and I have prepared over 11,000 reports since then
With regard to work prior the Woolf reforms the proportion of plaintiff to defendant work was approximately three to one.
I am often instructed as a joint single expert.
I have attended court to give evidence as an expert witness
I am an approved expert and examiner for numerous medico-legal organisations/agencies.
I also receive instructions directly from several firms of solicitors
I have worked in the West Country and Birmingham preparing reports
I see children, if accompanied by an adult.
I have attended training sessions regarding medico-legal reports and related matters on 15/09/2000, 25/02/03, 24/04/04, 07.02.06 (Premex course-advanced skills for medical experts) and 31.10.07 (specialist info course).
