Medico Legal Experience

I have been undertaking medicolegal work as expert in neonatal paediatrics since 2004. To date, fourty instructions received all so far from solicitors acting on behalf of the claimant. I have attended several conferences with Counsel and some cases have now been settled but so far I have not been required to attend Court. I have undertaken formal training in courtroom skills and preparaing & attending for experts meetings and was admitted as a provisional member of the Expert Witness Institute in November 2006.
