Medico Legal Experience

I have twelve years experience in undertaking medico-legal reports. I get less than 1% questions, queries or amendments following the provision of a medico-legal report. I have had one complaint in ten years, which was a misunderstanding of the procedure and resolved by a simple explanation. The majority of the work is undertaken in my private surgery, but I am able to offer mobile appointments for an appropriate extra fee to be negotiated per case.I offer evening appointments up to 21.00 hours and Saturday appointments to accomodate those at work. I am a General Practitioner and I specialise in Disability Medicine, and I undertake all forms of Disability assessment for the Depatment of Work and Pensions (Incapacity Benefit and Disability Living Allowance). I am appointed to undertake Industrial Injuries and War pensions. I undertake Disability related work for a variety of Insurance Companies. I undertake Occupational Health work for a variety of companies.Therefore I am experienced in being able to translate medical illness into disablility and functional impairment. I am very experienced in being able to offer advice on investigation, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with illness and injury.
