Medico Legal Experience

I undertake medical negligence and personal injury work, but not criminal cases. I have completed over 830 reports, including cases fought in the American courts, and have appeared in court in four of these, and have made a deposition in the USA.   The cases are currently split approximately equally between plaintiff and defendant with less than 5% joint instruction.

 My main interest is now in aesthetic surgery, especially of the ear, breast and face, autogenous and Branemark ear reconstruction and laser surgery.  About one third of my patients are children, about one third women and one third men. Areas of internationally recognised expertise are ear surgery, laser surgery and extravasation injury. I specialise in revision of previous surgery which has not gone to plan.  Almost one third of the ear surgery I undertake is to correct a previous procedure which has failed.
