Medico Legal Experience

I have been involved in the production of Medico Legal reports for over 20 years. I have a wide experience in both personal injury and clinical negligence claims. I have considerable court room experience and have appeared as an expert witness on many occasions for the plaintiff, the defence and also as an independent expert. I have been a guest speaker for Solicitors in personal injury and medical negligence meetings and hosted a joint conference for medical practitioners and the legal profession - "Whiplash Injury - A medical or Legal Condition?" I am instructed by both the plaintiff and the defence and act frequently as a joint expert.
