Medico Legal Experience

I prepare one-four reports per week. These reports take a considerable time to prepare since I try to research and justify my opinion with scientifically published data. Where no such data exist then I try to present the evidence along the lines of the “hierarchy of evidence” (JAMA 1995: 274, 1800-4).

I am experienced at dealing with and discussing topics with Barristers and Solicitors. I have been very impressed in the past at how quickly these groups have a grasp of sometimes very difficult issues.

Most of my medico-legal work relates to Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME and connective tissue disease.
