Medico Legal Experience

M/L work for 16years. Author of the chapter on medical negligence in ENT in the Encyclopedia of Forensic Medicine (Elsevier 2005) My main surgical interests are in endoscopic surgery and microsurgery as applied to Otology and Rhinology I have considerable interest and experience in medicolegal aspects of the specialty. Teaching and Training I have been since 1997 a faculty member of the annual Cambridge/East Anglian Course in endoscopic sinus Anatomy and Surgery. This is a 4 day intensive course to teach senior trainees and consultants in endoscopic technique. Faculty member, 1st UK/Nepalese Course in endoscopic Sinus surgery, 1999. Faculty Member, Cotswolds Conference on Rhinology and Rhinoplasty, 2002. Faculty member: endoscopic sinus anatomy and surgery course, Rangoon January 2004 I am a faculty member of the annual Dundee Course in Open Structure Rhinoplasty. I participate in the teaching programme for SHOs which is a subregional course. I lectured twice yearly on the Royal National’s old ENT FRCS course.
