Medico Legal Experience

 I prepare ‘diagnosis, progress and prognosis’-directed reports on claimants with prior or ongoing respiratory symptoms and disabilities. I have provided reports for HM Coroner’s Office, Acute Care NHS Trusts, employers (including public sector bodies), the travel industry and the Police Appeals Board (London). I concentrate on cases pertinent to my specialty and subspecialty expertise that include various forms of acute and chronic lung diseases. Within the last 2 years, I have attended a standard Medico-Legal course in London, the Bond Solon Excellence in Written Evidence course and a number of Clinical Risk Management as well as Good Clinical and Research Practice courses.
