I have testified (and prepared reports) in hundred of cases before the Mental Health Review Tribunal, Parole Board.
I have provided expert evidence in complex cases where SSRI (Prozac and the like) have been implicated in violence.
My expertise and testimony has been quoted several times in High Court (Admin) in Court of Appeal (Civil and Criminal) and I have extensive experience of working in the Family Courts as Single Joint Expert.
I am one of the members of the Expert Group from the Royal College of Psychiatrists which produced the Council Report 'COURT WORK' -CR 147
I have special experience in Psychotherapy and written extensively on issues of therapist-patient sexual misconduct. I was a commissioned expert for the Department of Health Kerr-Haslam Inquiry
