A Six Step Process
Following MEOL's electronic process is easy - just follow our Six Step Process
- IDENTIFICATION OF EXPERT
- Solicitors use MEOL to find an expert who is local to their client and has the right
specialism
- INSTRUCTION
- Solicitors sends instruction to expert via MEOL
- NOTIFICATION
- Expert receives email notification that instruction has been issued on the MEOL system
- IMPLEMENTATION
- Expert sees client and writes up medical report (preferably using new MOJ template where applicable)
- REPORTING AND INVOICING
- Expert uploads invoice using MEOL and submits medical report via the system too
- PAYMENT
- Solicitor pays expert for report
